Products and their postage are paid in conjunction with the order. The following methods of payment are available for the users of the webstore:
- Credit Cards; Visa , Visa Electron, MasterCard.
- In Finland, Nordea , Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken.
Payment by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard
If you pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Titvi Ky will act solely as the marketer of the respective products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy.
With regard to payment made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. The seller is liable to meet all the responsibilities related to the trade. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy is also the recipient of the payment.

Online Banks
Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy (FI21228397) provides the financial and payment service fo onlinen payment in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy buys the payment and disburses it to the seller. For the customer the service functions like a conventional online payment.
DELIVERY TIME
If the product is in stock, it will be shipped during one week. If the product is not available at the time of ordering, we will try to ship it to the customer inside two weeks. In Titvi`s individual collection, there are some unique products which are produced in very small quantities. If we do not have the product that you order in stock, or it is not available at that point, Titvi will contact you by e-mail to offer alternative solutions. You can, of course, ask about the product by e-mail to make sure that it is available. You can also make your order at the same time.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
Titvi Ky customers have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days after delivery. This returns policy does not extend to products which have been produced or altered according to the customer`s wishes. Please contact by e-mail before you return the product. The product must not have been used and it has to be in the same condition that the customer received it. Please enclose a copy of your order.
SECURITY
All transactions are securely handled via Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy ( Fiinnish Web Payments Ltd) and no bank or credit card information is collected or stored after the transaction has been completed. You can, therefore, purchase with complete confidence.
