If the product is in stock, it will be shipped during one week. If the product is not available at the time of ordering, we will try to ship it to the customer inside two weeks. In Titvi`s individual collection, there are some unique products which are produced in very small quantities. If we do not have the product that you order in stock, or it is not available at that point, Titvi will contact you by e-mail to offer alternative solutions. Titvi Ky customers have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days after delivery. This returns policy does not extend to products which have been produced or altered according to the customer`s wishes. Please contact by e-mail before you return the product. The product must not have been used and it has to be in the same condition that the customer received it. Please enclose a copy of your order.
